NATIONAL REPOSSESSION SERVICES PTY LTD (ABN 42 610 785 389) offers a 15-day return assurance on eligible pre-owned vehicles, subject to the terms outlined below:
Refund Scope: Customers may receive a full refund of the vehicle purchase price, excluding non-refundable costs such as administration, registration, compliance, inspection, or processing fees.
Refund Cap: Any refund issued is limited to a maximum of 104% of the applicable national wholesale market value at the time of sale.
Eligible Purchasers: This policy applies to private buyers and licensed motor dealers within Australia purchasing vehicles from our approved inventory.
Eligible Vehicles
To qualify for a return, the vehicle must meet all of the following criteria:
Condition Requirement: The vehicle must not exhibit new structural damage or major mechanical faults that were not present at the time of delivery.
Minimum Transaction Value: The original sale price must be $1,000 AUD or higher.
Approved Vehicle Categories: Passenger vehicles, SUVs, utes, light commercial vehicles, and trucks that have successfully passed our inspection process.
“As-Is” Sales: Vehicles sold on an “as-is” basis remain eligible provided all policy requirements are satisfied.
Return Terms & Conditions
Return Period & Usage Limitations
The 15-day return window commences on the date the vehicle is delivered. A return request may be declined if the vehicle has:
exceeded 200 kilometres of use; or
undergone any modifications, alterations, or unauthorised changes following delivery.
How to Request a Return
Customers must notify our sales team within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. Our representatives will assist with the process and confirm eligibility under this policy.
Transport & Inspection
Return Transport:NATIONAL REPOSSESSION SERVICES PTY LTD will arrange and cover the cost of return transport using approved logistics providers only. Inspection Process: All returned vehicles must be received in the same condition as delivered, free from additional damage, wear, or modifications. Restocking Fees: If post-delivery damage or unauthorised changes are identified, a restocking or rectification fee may be applied.
Refund Process
Upon successful inspection and approval of the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.
Exclusions
This return policy does not apply to brand-new vehicles or custom-built and special-order units.
